Relevant years of work experience in Consumer Banking, Financial services / Working knowledge of MS office, vendor management, call center and dialer management, basic SQL ,data analysis, presentation skills / The candidate should possess analytical bend of mind and should be comfortable with ambiguity / Candidate should have good stakeholder management skills for this level of experience /Tremendous drive towards results. Ability to persist against obstacles and get things done / Strong communication skills.

Job Description : Manager - BD Ops

. Improve collection effectiveness while focusing on customer experience and regulatory requirements

• Design and drive innovative contact strategies including contact optimization and channel feasibility
• Collaborates with analytics to leverage new technologies and methods
• Drive strategy across digital and manual channels to improve money collected and reduce cost to collect
• Plan, monitor and review the activities of collection officers for the achievement of collections targets
• Manage multiple champion/challenger processes
• Ensure there is a comprehensive system of reporting and quality to ensure strategy is delivered as designed
• Audit, review & document Collections policies, strategies & practices

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA pass out in the year between (2018- 2019) and from a Tier 1 college is a must.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
