Exp - 3-5 years exp handling team on paper (Total Work Experience : 5+ yrs)
CTC - 4.5-6 LPA
Qlf - B.Tech (MBA not mandatory)

Age : not more than 30 yrs

Must have skills :

Warehouse size handled : Minimum 1 lac sq ft area

Good communication skills

Only Local candidates from Kolkata or nearby places do apply

Sound Knowledge in technical tools like KAIZEN/5S/ LEAN/ SIX SIGMA/ KANBAN is mandatory

Job Specification (Job Decription) :

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech
• Experience: 3+ years
• Age: Around 25 - 30years
• Location: Haringhata
• Reporting: Assistant Manager.
• Flexible working Shifts : 6 days working / 15 days morning / 15 days night. 
• CTC: Best in industry

Job Profile:

• Fulfilment operational requirements by scheduling, Engaging and assigning employees.

• Maintains team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.

• Streamlining operations with the available resource.
• Maintaining MIS data in system.
• Well convergent with ERP and WMS system.
• Demonstrated abilities in leading & motivating large teams.

Essential Skills:

Candidate must possess 1years+ of experience in warehouse management in a large

warehouse setup (Min 100000 Sqft +)

Familiar with Local language.

Operational competencies required:

Knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Basic knowledge of Operating any ERP System.

MIS (Able to understand and publish the report in desired formats)

Behavioural competencies required:

• Team work (Ability to work with individuals to achieve team objective).

• Result Orientation (Ability to remain focused & getting the desired outcome with specified

timelines)

• Self-Confidence & Development ( Able to explore self & set targets for individual

development to achieve high performance standards.
