We are actively looking for dynamic Business Growth and Strategy professionals for a Senior Manager Growth Strategy & Analytics role for an E-Commerce Giant with its HQ in Bangalore.

The work location for the role will be Bangalore.

Qualifications and experience: Looking for candidates with an MBA from a Tier 1  B-School of pass out year 2017/2018 only with 4 - 6 years of post-MBA experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager -User Growth, you will work directly with Team Leaders to help

solve user life cycle problems.

• You will identify key pain points as well as solutions related to user engagement, on-

platform shopping experience and habit formation. You will own projects

implementing these solutions.

• Own and deliver projects related to improving product experience for users .

This involves identifying and prioritizing key areas of improvement through consumer

research and data analysis.

• A bent for continuous improvement and relentless experimentation to keep users

engaged and build a habit forming loop

Manage end to end video commerce supporting live commerce, video DOTD and Organization's

feeds.

• Work with product and tech teams to test and launch new features to support the

business.

• Strong data analytics skills to understand the business performance and optimize the

platform performance
