Opening for a Leading Fin-Tech Organisation based out of Bangalore, acknowledged twice by Bloomberg and currently running its branches in 22 cities of the Nation.


Would like to inform that the position for the Assistant City Sales Head is open for Vadodara/Baroda.


Experience Required:3+Years in Team Handling role.


CTC-MAX 10 LPA (Including 10% variables).


Candidates can expect a max hike of 25-30% on their current CTC. He should have B2C, Field sales experience along with B2B, Channel distribution experience.


Qualification: Any Graduate


Local Market experience with Local Language must be known.




Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead & manage the entire sales of the team which strives to deliver the business targets.
  • Own complete team P&L of the sales and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business.
  • Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances.
  • Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven.
