Role Requirements- Being a master of all recruitment activities, includes flexibility of implementing ones own ideas, besides Head hunting, CV / Profile understanding, Industry knowledge, maintaining study follow-ups with stake holders Ability to reason / convince, being cyber savvy, use of Social & Professional media tools.

Skill pattern analysis: Recruiter must have the ability to understand from any given resume / job profile to figure the industry rating of the candidature.

Comprehension of industry wise skills: Develop the ability to map Industry wise skill fitment & its rate of availability in the market.

Company & competitor mapping: Is an extremely necessary skill to stay ahead of competition.

Identifying HR resources: Ability to recognize given candidature skills and assume their best fitment.

PR skills: Is an extremely vital skill to penetrate into the market & to gain the confidence of the audience.

Interview: Is a integral part of the selection process to judge a candidature on their attitude, temperament, commitment, integrity, besides other set of values.

General Skills- Good Communication Skills, People management, Fast Learner ability to work under pressure, delivering within time-lines.
