Conducting Induction Programs for newly recruited manpower for both temporary and permanent staff.
Identifying training needs and implementing training programs to meet specific needs and ensure compliance to applicable policies and procedures, and serve the overall companys strategic objectives.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives.
Working with Line Managers and coaching them to coach the field CA
Conduct refresher programs, certification and new process trainings.
Content creation, modification and development.
Prepare training calendars and adherence.
Maintain calibration data and records.
Training Impact analysis.
Ensure training material and other training aids are available to academy members at all times
Exposure to new technological based learning (M-Learning, E-learning)
Experience in handling multiple training batches.
Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc).
Experience in handling Stake holders.
Analytical skills and interpretation of data.
MS Office proficiency
Coordination, planning and scheduling
Excellent English writing skills
Eye for detail.
Working knowledge on word, excel, ppt
Creative problem solving ability
Create design and development model
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
CAN DO attitude
Build trust and connect.
Salary: INR 10-15% Varibales on the CTC
