Main purpose of the job :
The role is responsible for transition of business processes
in any of the following businesses:
1. Investment Banking
2. Investment Manager Operations
Evaluation and prioritisation of business processes for offshore service delivery
Business Analysis and structuring/re-engineering of processes to make them
suitable for offshore delivery
Create Project plan
Lead Due Diligence for process transition
Business Process Mapping and develop standard operating procedures
Interface with client teams to evolve a suitable transition approach
Finalise KPIs and SLAs with the client
Oversee knowledge transfer
Prior experience in managing transition preferred
Manage the relationship with the client process teams
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
