Roles and responsibilities
This opening is for Value recovery Team which works towards reducing Cost of Returns by maximizing value recovery from Returns and supporting the
business initiatives like buy backs & exchange Programs run for its customers on products like Mobile Phones.
The candidate will be responsible for leading Vendor development (BD), Pricing and driving Process improvements across the value chain.
Responsible for business development and increasing the base of vendors
Improve business scale and consistency with existing vendor base
Create Value recovery as a differentiated service with a competitive edge,
Experiment and explore opportunities which help in complementing the
Build and ideate vendor partnerships which can anchor and stabilize the function deliverable
Work on closely with the product team to define the future product roadmap
Work towards process transformation projects
Build value recovery channels of new initiatives like Product exchange and tradein which supports the drive of consumer engines
Work closely with cross functional teams on execution ownership
Collaborate and manage Stakeholders with both strategic and operational view.
Desired skills and experience:
Education: MBA (Marketing/Operations)
3 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales/Team management/Business
Action Oriented/Impact Drive
Strong Analytical and communication skills
Salary: INR 22,50,000 - 25,00,000 PA.
