Roles and responsibilitiesResponsibilities:
-Drive weekly & monthly lead targets with the lead generation agents while ensuring equal
distribution among regions, work-streams and regional team members
-Prepare and track daily/weekly reports to gauge agent efficiency and go-live conversion% of leads.
- Develop deep understanding of the platform gaps and translate it into a standardise BD pitch &
- Create scalable SOPs to identify high conversion leads basis multiple work-streams. Enforce the
same among the team members and track adherence.
- Identify and fulfill the training needs of lead agents to ensure optimum productivity levels.
-Work and manage end to end(SOP creation, adherence, daily numbers) third party agents
appointed for lead generation.
