Job Role: Scheduling

Qualifications- 

A) 1-3 years of WFM experience with minimum 1 year as a Scheduler.

B) Minimum Higher Secondary Education

C)Strong computer skills that include proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

D) Advance knowledge of scheduling tools like Blue Pumpkin, IEX, eWFM etc.

E)Generate best suitable work patterns and shift activities.

F)Generate schedules and track scheduling efficiency.

G)Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization.

H) Knowledge of various Call Center Reporting Systems would be a plus.

Timings: Night Shift

Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
