Qualification and Competencies needed :
Candidate should be a MBA (tier 1 ) , pass out year 2017 and 2018
Preferably candidate should have work experience prior to MBA
Bachelors degree preferably in a quantitative field such as business/Engineering
Functional experience in Supply Chain / Inventory Management.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory planning principles. (Familiarity in E-commerce is added advantage).
Should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis.
Ability to do data analysis using SQL, R or any scripting language.
Job description :
1.Write business requirements document & work with Inventory Planning team, Category,Business finance, supply chain execution, transportation, Retail Operations in liasioning & evangelizing the same.
2. Will be responsible for working with all relevant stakeholders within FK to identify all capabilities needed for implementing the solution and prepare a timeline view accordingly for deploying the solution.
3. Will be responsible for driving cost-benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions, work with relevant business finance and sign-off on approval on all such initiatives identified.
4. Will develop a roadmap and create success metrics to measure the progress of the initiative they own. They will also own writing reports that detail the progress of leadership on a frequent basis
5. Will work with product / tech teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed.
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 PA.
