The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining relationship with category & other internal teams to ensure we provide and keep improving Customers experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Focused on Customers experience on the company website, and how to improve it on an ongoing basis
Should have sound knowledge of the category
To understand the product in detail before attribute definition
Should be equivalent to a Subject Matter Expert
Handle category requests/changes and resolve them within a specific TAT
Maintain records and information on all processes and reports
Shares Insights on the performance of Projects.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Passion for delivering great customer experience
Commitment to meet Deadlines and Multitask in a fast paced environment
Should have good verbal and written communication for interacting with all internal departments
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to full requirements within time
Understanding of customer & category needs
Obsession with quality
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
